Make a Referral for Addiction and Mental Health Help in Reno, NV

Referrals for Professional Providers

We value our partnerships and relationships within the professional community, and we appreciate the trust that you place in our hospital as a continuum of care for your patients. We are available 24/7 to serve you and your patients' needs.

When making a referral, please have the following information ready:

  • Patient’s name and basic demographic information
  • Current symptoms/reason for referral
  • Medication information (if known)
  • Insurance information

Medical Exclusionary Criteria

Please note that each admission is handled on a case-by-case basis and we ask that you contact our 24-hour Assessment and Referral Department should you have any questions regarding possible exclusions for admission.
